In the historic town of Kalavryta, since the beginning of 2008, “Nefeli”, a tourist complex of five furnished houses, has been operating. Built in an amphitheatrical location and due to their altitude, they provide an unlimited view of the top of Mount Helmos and the town of Kalavryta, although they are only 400m. from the central square.
The entire complex, which covers an area of 5.5 acres, does not border other houses. On one side is the municipal pine forest with the old chapel of Agioi Anargyroi. All seasons of the year, “Nefeli” provides you with the opportunity to experience moments of rest and tranquility in a warm and hospitable environment, approximately 2 hours from Athens and 1 hour from Patras.
The houses are newly built, tiled, two-storey, with a wooden exposed ceiling and autonomous heating. They have a living room with a fireplace and a Plasma-DVD TV system, wireless Internet access, a refrigerator and kitchen equipment for a full breakfast for four people.
On the first floor is the bedroom that communicates with the living room with a wooden staircase. All bedrooms have a balcony overlooking the forest and the open horizon. All living rooms also have particularly spacious verandas. Each house is fully autonomous, with its own courtyard. It can accommodate two (2) to four (4) people, since in the living room it is possible to develop an additional double bed or two singles. The two parking spaces are private and guarded. The gardens are landscaped with large lawn areas, flower beds with shrubs, flowers and rock formations. From the next season, an outdoor barbecue and a traditional wood-fired oven will be available in an area with a stone-built living room.
